Every year Institute of Banking Personnel Selection(IBPS) organises a recruitment drive for Probationary Officers in various Regional Rural Banks(RRBs).This is one of the major exams conducted by IBPS every year.IBPS RRB PO is one of the most prestigious exams for the candidate who aspire to join RRBs as an officer.
This year also IBPS has released more than 12000 posts in RRBs

IBPS RRB PO 2023 Vacancy
IBPS has released the notification for Officer scale I in the month of June. IBPS has released around 9075 vacancies for the post of Officer Scale I.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
I. Nationality / Citizenship:
A candidate must be either – (i) a Citizen of India or
(ii) a subject of Nepal or
(iii) a subject of Bhutan or
(iv) a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or
(v) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India, provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) & (v) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.
II. Age (As on 01.06.2021)
Above 18 years – Below 30 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 03.06.1991 and later than 31.05.2003 (both dates inclusive)

III. Educational Qualifications:
Desirable: Working knowledge of Computer. —- Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager) i. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics or Accountancy; Proficiency in local language as prescribed by the participating RRB/s* iii. Desirable: working knowledge of Computer.
Selection Procedure
The selection procedure will consist of on-line test(Preliminary and Main Examination) and Interview.

Salary Structure of RRB PO
According to a latest salary slp of an Scale I employ of RRB,the basic PAY of an IBPS RRB PO is Rs 23700-980/7-30560-1145/2-32850-1310/7-42020.
The In-hand salary is approx Rs 45000.
